With Premium Translation, the document is matched to a (Chinese, Korean, Arabic or Urdu) native speaker with an advanced degree in the area of study relevant to the content to be translated, ensuring that the most appropriate keywords are used throughout the paper.
After translation, the English version is edited by a professional English language editor with an advanced degree in the appropriate field. Premium translation includes an editing certificate, unlimited follow-up questions, up to 1500 words of additional complimentary translation after the document is returned, and free re-editing to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Papers are returned in 12 or 17 business days, depending on word count

All complete manuscripts submitted for our Premium Translation Service are eligible to receive an Editela Editing Certificate. Premium Translation includes unlimited free re-editing of your English text and one additional free translation of up to 1500 new words. We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with your manuscript, or if your journal says that the English in your paper needs improvement, we will re-edit your document for free until your manuscript is published.
Please contact us if there are any problems with your translated manuscript and include specific examples (one or two sentences). If a journal mentions English as a problem, please include the file that you sent to the journal and all the comments from the journal.

To receive the most accurate translation, please include the reference list for your manuscript. This list helps our translators determine the preferred terms used by the authors whose research is cited in your manuscript.
We do not include references when calculating the word count and price for your order for Spanish Translation because we do not normally translate references for those services. However, we include the references in the word count price for Chinese Translation because we translate references for that service by default. If you do not want your references translated for Chinese Translation, please include instructions indicating that preference.
We also encourage you to provide a glossary of key terms with their preferred translations to English. Our translators consult a large body of literature while completing each translation, and glossaries help them determine the most appropriate terms for your specific manuscript.
Because a Translation re-edit may involve a variety of steps (e.g., Translation, Editing, and/or Formatting), we cannot provide a specific timetable that applies to all re-edits. Once you submit your paper for re-editing, we will determine what steps are needed and contact you with your actual deadline within 2 business days.
